We were shocked to find out we were expecting since we thought we were done. Nevertheless we were so excited. Last week I got an awful stomach virus and five days ago I started spotting. My hcg levels didn’t double in 48 but doc said not to worry because some women take 72 hours. Ultrasound showed no heartbeat but did see fetal pole. She said our dates could be off. Yesterday I started spotting even more and today it’s awful cramps and red blood. I’m heartbroken.
