If you are still trying while on the pill, yes it makes it hard. If you’re trying after the pill, it can, depending on how long it takes for ur cycles to regulate back to normal. The pill suppresses ovulation, so it depends when ovulation begins again. For some women it happens immediately, for others it can take months to years.

Your question is a tad confusing so I will answer both ways.
If you have been on birth control for several months and are still on your borth control, it will be more difficult for you to get pregnant. More difficult but not impossible. That is what it does. Usually after a month or so you are considered protected, depending on what you are using.
If you are asking about being on birth control and then stopping after several months, it depends on your body. I was on birth control for 10 years and it didn't take me long after stopping to get pregnant. Other women, it can take years. And you will find women everywhere in between. Heck, some women can get pregnant within a month of stopping birth control.
