Dieting but not losing fat

Basically I’ve been on a diet since January where I fast for 6 days a week and eat on one day usually Saturday or Sunday I’ve lost almost 4 stone and all my clothes fit me but all the weight has been coming off everywhere except my stomach! Now I’ve got thin legs but I can’t wear dresses or any pretty clothes because I just have a huge pop out stomach. What can I do to lose belly fat I’m going on holiday in 2 week and debating cancelling it because all my clothes are tight fitting so I can’t wear them looking like this. Plz give suggestions
