hello

I have PCOS and I had a miscarriage in September. but this month has been different, on the 22nd I had lower back pain and lower abdominal pain for 3 days but only at night so I thought I was gas. i was suppose get my period on the 26th and still nothing I've taken test and negative. so last night I went to the restroom I was cramping and I had blood but not a lot and I said oh that's my period. so I put on a pad and went my way so later I came back to the restroom wiped no blood and none on the bowl... so I am either waiting for my period or for my BFP. wish me luck. anyone with similar experience , what was your outcome?
