TTC after stage 4a Hodgkin’s lymphoma

I was only 10 when I found out I was sick. Now I’m married and having a hard time getting pregnant. We’ve been trying about 6 months now. I’m still young but did anyone else have a hard time getting pregnant? Currently 23 so 12 Years remission.
