11 weeks, random spotting

Hey all, so I’m 11 weeks as of Tuesday with #2. I randomly have red spotting when I wipe every couple days. And it’ll happen like once or twice and then go away for a day or two. Every time it happens I use my home doppler and am able to pick up the heart beat, in fact it’s getting easier to find and I can hear it much louder now. Should I still be concerned? I can’t help but to freak out when I see that little bit of red...but we have a strong heartbeat of 155-160 as of this morning. Anyone else have this issue?
