basically I'm in the middle of moving and tight on money and I'm always busy cuz of work and i stop by convenience stores often on my way to work, what is a good snack that yeah probably won't be necessarily good but is better than it being complete junk and super unhealthy.

Convenience stores are not good if you are  tight on money. They tend to be over priced and have few healthy options. I’d recommend buying healthy snacks at the grocery store and taking them with you. My go to healthy snacks are: almonds and dried fruit, apple with peanut butter, and Greek yogurt with granola.
