I know this is probably a stupid question but it's there a difference between an orgasm and a female cumming?

“Coming” is a colloquial term for orgasm, so yes, they are the same.  Women have (at least) 2 types of orgasms — clitoral orgasms and vaginal orgasms.  Clitoral orgasms occur from stimulation to the clitoris, whereas vaginal orgasms occur from stimulation inside the vagina, most often including stimulation of the “g spot”, or a place with a high concentration of nerve endings inside the vagina.  From personal experience, they have very different sensations, but both include a sense of “building” to a “release.”  For some women, orgasm (of either type) can bring about a form of ejeculation, known colloquially as “squirting.”  (FWIW That liquid solution is not “urine” or “pee”, but recent research has suggested it contains some similar components as urine and may be partially stored in the bladder). 
The verb “coming” as orgasming has been nominalized to “come” being the noun for ejeculate, and further bastardized to “cum”, meaning the same.  This spelling is far more vulgar than the verb spelt “coming.”
