Wanting to lose fat - To gain muscle
Lately I’ve been eager to lose weight because of how “fat” i thought I looked, despite my weight being perfectly normal. I thought perhaps if I start consuming less calories I’ll lose lots of weight. Which is supposedly correct but I believed that if i weighed much less or was underweight then that should mean that by that point with all that weight loss i should be super skinny.
But that’s actually wrong.. Or at least I think so. From what I heard, it’s recommended I attempt to gain muscle by working out to lose fat. But the thing is.. I’m not sure where to start or what to do and how long to do it.
I’m a 14(almost 15 in a few months) year old girl who struggles lifting weights of 5lbs. It’s pretty pathetic.. My arms are fat looking and don’t even get my started on my belly fat. I feel so insecure of it all, I worry that once me and my boyfriend start to get physical he’ll see the the “real me”. As when I’m wearing shirts and such I don’t appear fat, or at least my stomach doesn’t. My arms are still.. big looking but I digress.
To get back on topic, does anyone recommend any tips for my to help get rid of fat? More specifically belly and arm fat.
