get nauseous if you don't eat??? I'm 9weeks4days and the last few days I've been getting super nauseous if I go more than a few hours without eating something...it's hard for me because I don't normally snack a lot 😞 like today we were driving to my in laws after church and I was certain I was gonna throw up/pass out if I didn't eat something right away....
anyone else feeling like this???

Yes. Even if I don’t have an appetite, I eat very frequently. If I don’t... I’ll get sick.

It started for me when i was around 6-7 weeks and it was horrible. If i got really really hungry and super nausea i couldn't eat even if i really wanted to. It got better around week 12.

Yep need to eat every 2 hours or end up vomiting

Yes!! I have to eat every couple of hours. Always keep snacks and water on hand!

Yup!!  Always have a granola bar, apple, or even goldfish Travel size in your purse and in your car.  Seriously...

I do!! So I just try to have some veggies or fruit. And I'm the same way if I need water. But if I can't eat, I chew gum and it works.
