Cramp but no blood

Im getting cramps and I don’t know if I’m ovulating because I have like clear discharge but my tracker says I’m supposed to get my period by now. I’m freaking out I had a lot of protected sex this month like with a condom and he pulls out so I’m sure I’m not pregnant. I just feel scared because I’m late by a day. Is this normal? How accurate is your tracker?
