I’ve been off the birth control patch now for about 17months been trying to actively convince for 15months.

One of the side effects is horrible nasty cystic acne around my jaw line and now hair line around my forehead.

I wash my face twice a day I use over the counter acne treatment and cleansers but I feel like nothing works.

So far I’ve used

Witch hazel

Aloe Vera

I exfoliate twice a week

Aztec mask

Apple cider vinegar diluted

All the spot treatments sold at Walgreens basically

And I still get break outs and my face gets soooo oily I was never like this before.

In total I’ve only been on birth control for less then two years in my whole entire life.

I’m 23 and it’s soooo ridiculous and embarrassing I have to struggle with this now.

Any suggestions or tips? Whether it be homeopathic or over the counter.
