Long Distance Relationship Advice

I have been dating my boyfriend for six months and he is like my best friend, the only thing is it is long distance. We went to the same college except he graduated before me. It can be frustrating sometimes bc I miss him like crazy but in the end I love him and care about him. I trust him and he trusts me. The only problem is that we are long distance and I think it will be awhile. The goal that we both decided on is for him to move up here while I’m in school and then I’d move down to Florida when I graduate. However, he doesn’t have the money to do it at this moment and is trying to save up. Does anyone have any advice for how to help the long distance relationship move to just a relationship? ( how to get a job in a different state) or how to make it easier when he goes back home?
