am i just beimg stroppy?

So me and my boyfriend live 130 miles away from each other and only see each other once or twice a month at the most. In the past two months he has made plans with me and cancelled on me three times as he 'forgot' he had already made other plans.... This weekend (easter bank holiday) him and 7 friends have gone to a gaming festival which he originally said he wasn't going to. He says its like his version of a lads holiday. We have barely spoken all weekend, and any conversations have been over text which take like 6 hours to finish because he doesn't reply. at previous ones he has gone to he has always called on his way back from the loo or on the way to get food, but this time he claims he is too busy to talk. he has spent pretty much the whole weekend just playing on his computer which he has taken with him which seems like a right waste of a long weekend when we don't get to see each other much as it is. He still seems to find time to go on insta to like this one girls photos who lives in some other country though... am i being petty and hormomal? totm 😭
