I am 6 weeks and 2 days now. The heart rate was at 121. Guesses? (Btw is the heart rate normal?) 
* it was an abdominal ultrasound if that matters

From what I understand if it’s transvaginal if the baby is on the left then it’s a boy and right it’s a girl. If it’s an abdominal then you have to flip the image and go by that. Idk. It’s all hokey to me, buggy it is fun to play the guessing game.
