Tv and cellphone

I let my son watch tv while Im cooking, not feeling good or driving. But I feel my husband doesnt help with that.. he gives our son his phone, if he could all day or turn the tv on. We had a fight over that yesterday because i think all our baby wants is watch videos. He can’t see the phone without wanting it. (He knows how to open youtube and look for videos)

What could be a good agreement? My husband is a great father he takes care of him, plays with him, they love each other.
