Can somebody help me or give me advise?

This past Saturday night I noticed my first blood scare. It was enough to fill the front and middle of a panty liner but this one was browning red so dark. Nothing afterwards and when I wiped after I peed, there was nothing on the toilet paper.

Fast forward to this morning (it’s 7am where I’m at) I went for my usual morning pee, and when I wiped I had a few dime size red spots. And also a few nickel size spots as well. I’m really worried (actually I think since I found out I was pregnant I’ve always been worried).

I’m 9 weeks pregnant btw. My drs apt is tomorrow and at this point, I’m not experiencing any cramping but ive been experiencing mild lower back pain (I’ve always had the worst lower back pain since having my second child) so I’m actually just going to wait for my drs apt tomorrow morning.

At this point, I’m preparing myself for a miscarriage...
