Job experience

My husband finished college with an associate’s degree then moved to America from his home country. He cannot get his foot in the door anywhere for what his degree is in. I have even applied to hundred an hundreds of jobs for him as well. I am just so blah... i told him screw it just lie and say u have experience cos i am sure lots of people have too.
