Whole wheat toast with Land O Lakes Light Butter and organic fruit spread
Grilled onions, a tomato slice and kale
Two slices of honey turkey from the deli
Two over easy eggs cooked with garlic and ginger paste
Organic non fat yogurt with fresh blueberries
Need good food to keep up our energy up. Gonna try for a mile of running today!
