Bottle warmer ?

Question

I hv a bottle warmer which I bought but haven't opened the packing yet. Want to know ur experiences with bottle warmers- 
Can they overheat the bottle/milk?
Does the milk get heat pockets like if u were to microwave (which I know one shouldn't bcozof uneven heating) so does uneven heating happen with a bottle warmer too?
Is it just better to put the bottle in hot water(or is it warm water?) rather than using a bottle warmer?

We have the Munchkin bottle warmer and like it. It uses steam to heat and will warm a full bottle in a little over a minute. It automatically shuts off based on how much water you put in the steamer, so if you put in too much water, it will overheat. You just have to test the milk temp on your wrist beforehand.

I have a kiinde kozii bottle warmer and love it. It heats to the perfect temperature.

A bottle warmer can and will overheat the milk. You do have to watch it. 
It’s similar to using hot water but keeps going. 
It doesn’t make hot spots, but as with any heating you should swirl the milk around anyway
