We had our 12 week appointment today and got to hear our baby’s heartbeat for the first time! 155 bpm! No ultrasound since I’ve already had 2 and the next one is at 20 weeks. Also had all the FUN blood work done (I’ve passed out a few times so I hate having my blood drawn but I somehow made it through just fine today!). We chose to include the Claritest which tests for some of the most common chromosome abnormalities and tells you the gender of your baby. They said 5-7 business days so we should know early next week what we’re having!
