Has anybody experienced this?!

Soooo... I’m going on day 6 of being late for my period, I took test day 2 and another yesterday.. both came out negative 🙁 but I feel super nauseous through out the whole day, also i started getting this weird cramping feeling in my left side that makes me nauseous, my boobs just started feeling sore today though. I usually get nauseous and have sore boobs before my period so everything is throwing me off😰 Should I just forget about it and accept that I’m not pregnant or still be concerned🧐🤢
