I’ve been really sick so far starting at week 7. I’m in week 12 now and still no slowing. My head is killing me for the past 3 days and I don’t want to take too much Tylenol. I rub peppermint oil on my head which always helps but is temporary relief. I’ve slept with ice packs on my head for hours. I finally just drank a soda (I was told the caffeine helps). It did actually help a little, but the headache is still there. Anyone have any relief remedies?
