Rant...

I swear...I love my sister in law and her 9 year old boy but sometimes I just want to punch them in the face. Well, not punch them but you know what I mean...

My sister in law has a 9 year old boy and a 14 month old girl.

I have a 16 month old boy.

Every time we see them, I get;

"Your son still doesn't sleep through the night? My daughter sleeps through the night."

"Your son doesn't talk yet? My sister already says 10 words."

"My daughter doesn't use bottles anymore."

"Your son drinks how much milk? Wow, that's too much. My daughter doesn't really drink milk anymore."

Etc, etc.

I swear some people are just too much. And the worse part is that her 9 year old boy is learning this annoying behavior from her.

So, my son still drinks a lot of milk. Who cares. I didn't judge you for giving up on breastfeeding and going to formula.

So, my son doesn't sleep through the night. It's not your problem and I love my night time cuddles anyways.

So, my son doesn't talk yet. He will when he's ready.  And all I see your daughter saying is NO to you whenever you try and have her do something so yea...

I don't judge you for being full of credit card debt and living beyond your means. I don't judge you for having a boyfriend and 2 kids rather than a husband. I dont judge you for having a somewhat bratty 9 year old boy. I dont judge you for using a lady who isn't licensed to watch your daughter while you're at work.

So how about you do you and I'll do me and you and your son stop making it a competition between your 14 month old girl and my 16 month old boy.
