so I have an older sister that tells me that she has unprotected sex all the time but never gets pregnant (he pulls out)  "BUT WHAT ABOUT PRECUM?" I ASKED and she always be like "girl idk" so ima ask you guys. opinions anyone?

It’s possible, but it’s a pretty small chance. I wouldn’t rely on the chance that it might not happen, because it could any time. She could just have good timing and not be anywhere close to her fertile period, or the precum could happen before he actually goes inside. 
My boyfriend and I had sex for years with no condom & just pulling out and never had a scare or anything. The first month we started trying we got pregnant.
But there is still a chance. If you aren’t ready for a child, don’t rely on just withdrawing, use actual protection.

With one ex all we did was the pullout method with occasional condom use but no birth control pill or anything and that went on for like 2 years, never got pregnant. My current boyfriend I was off my birth control for maybe 2 weeks because of insurance issues and he "forgot" to pull out and now here we are, almost 27 weeks pregnant lmao

Pre cum doesn’t contain live sperm, it can pick up some from a previous ejaculation but it’s not likely. If he wipes himself and pees before sex then there’s not much chance of the pre cum containing any sperm
