Sharp cramp like pains
I’m 5 weeks & 5 days, today I’ve been having sharp quick pains, needle like feeling in my pelvis. I have no bleeding and it isn’t continuous, just a quick pinch here and there. I’ve looked it up online and it just says it’s common and is the uterus growing and stretching but I can’t help feel nervous. Has anyone else had this?
