Hey everyone, just wondering if you have had an experience with your toddler sensing your pregnancy before you knew?

My son is a month off 2yo and keeps kissing my belly and saying mums baby when he does it. He’s also been telling everyone ‘Mum baby’ and pointing to my belly. I have put on weight recently so a lot of people have been believing him and congratulating me so it’s getting quite awkward. I’ve been told I should do a test as toddlers can sense pregnancy.
