December baby ?

is it bad that I don't want a December baby. I don't want to give birth on Christmas nor anywhere near it. I love Christmas and can't imagine missing it. however I really want to conceive. anyone else have the same feelings?

My husband and I said we would start to ttc #2 when our daughter turned one, which was almost a month ago. We are waiting until my cycle that starts later this month, to avoid a Christmas baby. If we tried during this current cycle the baby’s due date would be December 25 or 26.
However, if we’re still trying a year from now I wouldn’t skip just to avoid a Christmas due date.

We conceived March 20th last time and our daughter was due dec. 13th was born December 3rd. If we conceived this month they will have the same due date!! 😍

We got lucky and are expecting instead of still trying, but I told my husband when we decided to try that if it turned out we weren't pregnant and would end up with a December or January baby we would be discussing using birth control again for a few months! 😂😂😂 His birthday is December 22 and mine is January 14 so between that and Christmas/New Year's with our families 500 miles apart we didn't want the first baby coming in that time frame too! And neither of us ever thought it was that fun having a birthday so close to Christmas as a kid.

For me, its september because so much of my family is born in september. I really wanted october or november, but at this point, ill take December (: I really wanted march or April but I miscarried in September :/

I tried to avoid a February birthday since that month is super busy for my family and I ended up with a February baby. That was the ONE month I wasn’t tracking anything and I don’t even know how often we had BD’d. My DD is 3yo now and I wouldn’t change it any other way. It’s funny how things happen that way.

I skipped this month of trying so I wouldn’t get a Christmas baby. I was born on December 19th and it sucked so bad as a kid and still kinda sucks now. I didn’t wanna do that to my child
