MW told me i was 3/5 engaged but there was no mention of being minus 3 or plus 3??? any guessing as to which one i am???? as plus 3 is really low a minus 3 isnt. im 37weeks

If you were +3 they would have sent you to L&D; since that means baby is heading out now.

we can't tell you that unless you can show pictures of your baby. I will say that I think if you're +3 then you're crowning??

If your anything over a 0 station then your in active labor and baby is in crowning and headed out. A +3 would be like 8-10 cm dilated and ready to push so not likely your a +3 just yet.
