Struggling

I just want to know how you guys stay motivated and are actually successful with losing weight. My husband doesn’t want to eat the things the I want to eat because he wants to gain and I’m wanting to lose at least 70 lbs. I usually try to work out but then 3 days later I’ll get lazy or bored working out and I definitely get bored trying to eat healthy because I’m not a fan of veggies and I hate baked fish. Baked chicken is ok but my husband doesn’t like it. It’s extremely hard when they want fast food because I don’t have the will power to say no. I just don’t know how to be successful at this ( I’ve been trying for two years). Any suggestions? I’m desperate to lose weight.
