worrying too much

hi, I have had two previous ectopics and this is first viable pregnancy thru

, i m 10 weeks 5 days today, all my symptoms of morning sickness, cramping , fatigue, everything has vanished.. I m just too worried if everything is going fine or not,my next u/s is still 10 days ahead.. I know I should not worry ... can't really help it.. m I the only one worrying that much.. ??! pls help ladies
