Any Fasting Advice?

I have a few days left over from last year's Ramadan that I have to make up. I'm 4 and a half months pregnant. I had a healthyish dinner last night but it was pretty early. Any advice? Constantly worrying about baby's wellbeing while I'm also starving my butt off

Fasting is not required for pregnant or ill, your child’s wellbeing comes first. I would not worry about others

I’m coming at this question from a Roman Catholic perspective. Our church exempts pregnant women from fasting too. It felt a little weird to skip it this Lent, but I think I would have made both of us sick.

Pregnant women are exempt from fasting. You have the option of making it up next year. 
If you feel like you can fast, it’d be better to consult your doctor about it first.
