baby weight getting me down


I already want to run straight to the gym after popping this baby out. I know I should start now but I just feel so crappy. All I want to do is go on long walks with someone but my husband works out of state and my moms out of the country 🙁. They're my walking buddies. Once the baby's born I don't know who I trust enough to watch him while I go to the gym. I literally don't trust anyone not even my dad or brother. My mind is just all over the place and not having a set plan makes it worse. Tell me how you've successfully gotten yourself in shape post baby!
