Okay, so, I'm not very open when it comes to intimacy. I don't ever ask for it, I don't instigate, when in the moment, I prefer total darkness, and during I barely moan.

I'm very shy, and I hate it.

The main reason why is I was sexually abused as a child for almost 10 years.

I'm 31 now.

The point of this post is I'm looking for tips, advice, pointers, on how to be more open, if others are in the same boat.

This morning will be the first time I've instigated anything with my man, and the way I was able to attempt it was via text and by telling him it would be ideal to try today as we're TTC.
