What position is your LO in their car seat?

My baby is still rear facing but her legs are so long so she sits with her knees bent the entire time. She meets the requirements in the car seat manual to position her forward facing and there is no law in my state that says its illegal to switch her before the age of two. I’m still nervous to change her but I want her to be comfy.

My son is 16 months old and FF. He is over all the requirements and i was told by his pediatrician he was able to as well.

I’ll be keeping my daughter rear facing until she is two, unless she outgrows the limits (which I highly doubt based on her current size...lol). She doesn’t seem to mind it though, so that obviously helps with my decision.

it's perfectly fine and not uncomfortable for them to have their legs bent. we still rear face and plan to extend rear face, so at least till 3.

My son is 17 months old and meets the requirements to front face but in OK it’s illegal until 2 🤷🏻‍♀️ so he has to scrunch his legs up lol

My son is on the tall side but light, so I intentionally chose a seat that has a higher range for height before needing to turn around. So far he still seems to have plenty of space.
