Nexplanon Pain and Period after 2 years

My periods have always been super light, so when I got on birth control (the pill) the first month I didn't have a period or spotting of any kind, and zero side affects from it. You can say I'm the perfect candidate for it. Nothing bothered me and no weight gain. I was actually worried it wasn't working. I decided to get on Nexplanon to make my life easier, and again zero side affects, no period or spotting between switching, and very little pain from the insertion.

Fast forward about one year and six months later and suddenly I'm getting this stinging, numbing sensation at the site of the insertion and down my arm. Also the other day my breasts started hurting, the one nearst the Nexplanon moreso than the other one, and specifically painful around my nipple on that side. It stayed hard, for lack of a better term, for days, and then when that finally felt better I started spotting and then bleeding.

I haven't had a period in over two years and zero issues with the implant. Now I'm wondering why this is all of the sudden happening. It's gotten me shaken up and I've made an appoitment with my Dr. but she can't see me until the beginning of next month. I've always had light periods so I'm hoping this is over in a few days and it goes back to "Normal" for me. The only difference in my diet is that I added a women's multivitamin to my morning routine about a week before the breast irritation and period happened.

Has anyone else had a similar issue? Should I be more worried? I don't think the implant is moving. It feels like it's still in the same location they inserted it, but something is definitely going on with it all of the sudden.
