Tips on Weight Loss Motivation
I’m 5’2 and currently weigh 188 which is my highest. I had reached my goal weight of 135 before but then I had gone into the dark hole of depression and ended up gaining my weight back plus more. I’ve lost my motivation to do anything, but I’m starting off slow with portion size, I’ve cut off soda 100% for the past two months and water only. But I’d like some advice on helping with motivation and tips on how to lose this weight with exercises. But I don’t like gyms, I feel super insecure when I go to one. But my boyfriend has been trying to help me by pushing me to go on walks with him and play basketball, and walk his dogs with him. I adore it and I appreciate it but I still don’t have motivation to push forward with it. Thank you 💕
