Semen analysis, infection, and low motility

JK

Anyone else get diagnosed with probable male factor infertility/low motility and morphology, but also get told the SA showed high amt of Round cells which means infection? Hubby does not have any history of STDs, UTIs, or any other current sign of infection. At our first RE appt, the doctor said hubbys low motility could be fixed with something as simple as 10 days of antibiotics. He still recommended further testing me, but I have regular cycles and ovulation so its most likely the low motility that is our problem. Did the antibiotics work for you? Or did you still have to try IUI. We have been TTC for 1 yr and no pregnancies yet. Makes me worried its not going to be thqt simple.
