Tanning Beds and BC

My friend and I are having a spa day this weekend to get ready for spring because its finally warming up where we live. One of the things she wants to do is go to a tanning salon where they have beds. My only concern is that I have a Nexplanon implant and I'm worried if the radiation from the bed will mess it up or anything.
