The scale gives me anxiety

TTC and trying to lose weight, but not in any specific order. Im just winging both at the same time and whatever happens, happens.

So I know its good to weigh yourself and track that progress in pounds lost, and last time I weighed myself was in January. It literally broke me to see that I went from 150-190lbs in a span of 3 years. I know to some thats not that long, but it’s definitely not good. So I swore I wouldn’t weigh myself for a while and just focus on clean eating and daily exercise, since Im the type that becomes obsessive with the numbers on the scale.

Can anyone relate? Do you think I should or shouldnt weigh myself and just stay focused on my plan?

Of course Im not perfect everyday, some days I cheat but Im a work in progress 🤣
