Missed af negative test blood inside me but not coming out help please

Ok so I had spotting around 10 & 11dpo but had nothing since af was due and I can always tell from the way my cervix drops down but there still high and when I pulled my finger out there was a tiny bit of rusty brown blood on there should I be concerned :/
