OPK help!!

My cycle is 28 days long but some months my period is 4-5 days and some months it’s 6-8 days. I’m on CD 8 and my period ended yesterday. Glow changes my cycle length but Flo doesn’t, but my period always starts on time even though Glow pushes it back if my period was longer... so I have no idea when to start testing for ovulation? Help please ladies :(
