How to count DPO
Hi ladies
I figure it’s easier to ask you instead of driving myself insane trying to google what I’m after.
Basically, I got my Positive OPK on the 28th April, and then 29th had the usual left hand side ovary pain which would suggest an egg was released... but do I count my DPO from the positive OPK (which would make me 7dpo today?) or the 29th after suspected release?
Forgive my naivety!)
