I'm honestly more bothered by the term "shemale" than anything. It's porn, it's a kink and he was honest with you about it. I guess the real question here is if you're bothered by the fact that he might be bisexual. Have you asked him about it? I have to assume he's not gay since you're a woman and he's currently involved with you. But if him possibly being bisexual is a problem for you, that's something you need to address now before it becomes a problem later. If he likes men as well and that's something you can't handle, then it might be time to part ways.
