Reality check: individual temps are meaningless. It’s the overall pattern that matters. Triphasic is not a reliable indication of pregnancy. I have a triphasic chart nearly every cycle. The cycle that I was pregnant, it was not triphasic. 
If you have 18 days of high temps (above the cover line), then that is a solid indicator of pregnancy.

its not triphasic, because there’s no obvious second shift after the first. And you probably ovulated on CD16 cos of the gradually rising temp.
