anyone else dealing or dealt with this? my 6 month old son will be happily playing on the floor or in the jumper or in his saucer and I will walk out of the room to do the dishes or switch the laundry or go to the bathroom and it's like the world ended. red face, tears streaming to the point he starts coughing he's crying so hard. to be fair he will do this no matter who he is with for instance my mother in law watches him while we are at work and does the same thing. have I given him yoo much attention? not let him cry enough before? not taught him to play well enough independently? a phase?
