I had it and next day i had my daughter in 2 hours. It was crazy fast. Only thing about this birth (compared to my other two) was that my labor barely gave me a break because i had piggy back contractions (one after another with no break) and that mentally did a number on me because i couldnt relax. Just my personal experience but since they are natural herbs and they work with your body you may have a different effect on yours. Just keep in mind that different sozed women take different amounts :) but i think that guide may be on the bottle. Always check with your provider though.

My Midwife had advised me not to use it. She said it can rupture your membrains but if you are not dilating or contracting it can lead to having a C-section.
