Little concerned, could it be twins?

Haha I'm not even due for my period for 3 more days and I took a digital test yesterday and I thought it HAD to be wrong because it's really early but I took 2 more today. I have really long cycles though, normally 34 days. 
Also I had horrible heart burn and have been a bit nauseoua and I should only be about 4w2d.
I had a miscarriage last year at 9 weeks and didn't have any symptoms like this.

I had strong positives 4/5 days before my BFP and only have one baby in there.
I remember thinking to myself “Wow, she really dug herself in!”

I had a strong positive at 3+4. I don’t think a high amount of hcg necessarily indicates twins- people’s bodies produce the hormones at different rates. But I guess it is possible?!

Unless your side of the family has multiples, you have been doing IVF or you are just one of the EXTREMELY rare cases- twins are unlikely- it’s probably just a good amount of HCG in your body! :) I wouldn’t worry too much! Good luck!
