Calories

So i’ve been doing well with keeping my calories within 1240 a day. I usually don’t want to add my exercise in (myfitnesspal) but i ate a little too much today so i only have 380 calories left and my planned dinner today is 455 calories. so i am going to the gym and will burn atleast 100 cal for sure. If i give myself those extra calories for my food will i still be losing weight and have a deficit?
