Ovulate on cd21?

Is it possible to ovulate on cd21 and then get your period on cd28? I thought there were 14 between ovulation and the next period?

I ovulated on cd21 this month i conceived.

It would just mean if you did not get pregnant, you would start your period "late." I got pregnant with my second son on cycle day 22. If I hadn't gotten pregnant, my cycle would have been about 34-36 days.
